Cipralex is from same family of deripex
You don't want to use it
To stop deripex you must take half of usual dose for 1 week then stop it
If there is any side effects you can use Lyrica
Lyrica contain pregabalin work as nervous relaxent and as a hypnotic drugs you can use one tab daily in morning 150 mg

When i use deripex i always feel sleepy 24-7 cant sleep well drowsy so can i stop for this and how many wees does it take for this side effects to go if im still taking deripex
