After how long should I go for a leave as a house...

We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Domestic Law No 15 of 2017 and according to the leave law, the below articles state:
Article 13
The employee shall be entitled to a weekly paid leave of not less than twenty-four consecutive hours. The date of the weekly leave shall be determined as agreed by the parties to the employment contract.
Article 14
The employee shall be entitled, for each Gregorian year served, a three-week annual paid leave, which he may divide and choose when and where to spend it, unless otherwise agreed to in the interest of the user.
The user shall also be entitled, whenever he has spent two years in the service, an air ticket to his country of origin or place of return and return to spend all the leave owed to him or the rest of it, unless the travel is final, he is entitled to a return ticket only to his home country or place of residence.
