We would like to inform you that according to the Omani Labor Law, if the worker was drunk during the work or affected by drugs that affects on the mind, then the employer can terminate that worker without notice and without end of services benefits.
Therefore, the worker shall negotiate with the employer to avoid terminating your friend for that reason.
