We would like to inform you that if the new work differs from the first work in the title and tasks and it is less than the first work, this is against the law and the employer may not employ the worker with another work that differs from his original work. So if i understand correctly they have the right to change the title only if the job description is not less than the first one and the wage is same. If the tasks are less the company does not have the right to change without informing the employee.Please confirm if my understanding is correct. I need to talk to the HR before making any complaint.Could you advise what should be discussed with the company before complaining and are the required documents for complaining

We would like to inform you that a worker shall never be employed in work which is fundamentally different from the nature of the work agreed upon in the contract therefore, if the employer employs a worker who is different from his original job, he is considered a perpetrator and if the work you are transferred to is completely different from your original work, you can file a complaint according to the rules mentioned above.
