We would like to inform you that If you are an expatriate in the UAE and would like to sponsor your daughter for residency, the following conditions must be met for the possibility of reviewing the entity mentioned earlier:
1. Passport copy (sponsor and sponsored).
2. Original marriage contract approved (by Shari'a courts within the State for persons residing or judicial authorities in the country of the sponsor and approved by the embassies of the State abroad).
3. Salary requirement (3000) + company housing (letter to provide housing) or sponsor / 4000 AED.
4. For occupations must be one of the professions approved for sponsorship (attaching a list showing the professions mentioned).
5. The following categories are excluded from the salary requirement: Teachers / imams of mosques / bus drivers (scientific institutes, schools, colleges, universities) except clubs and child centers.
6. Lease contract for housing (in his name or a relative of the first degree (father / mother / brother / sister) number of rooms.
7. Foreign women workers shall replace the head of the family in sponsoring the family if they are workers in rare or important disciplines such as medicine, engineering, teaching staff and the like, or from the technical and specialized professions that require a certificate of practice for the profession that is not less than one year.
8. For boys over (18) certified from one of the accredited universities or colleges in the state, as for girls bring a pledge not to marry.
