We would like to inform you that in this case, the applicant or the authorized representative of the employer may go to the Residency Section, Department of Expatriates Affairs, General Directorate of Passports or any of the service centers in UAE to fill the loss form with the passport, and then to get a personal card instead of losing and pay 200 QR fees of loss and issuance of the new card.
