It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide that you can get a visa to Kuwait and work by applying to the competent authorities to apply for visa under the following conditions:
1. Valid passport.
2. Work contract with any authority in Kuwait.
3. No ban to enter Kuwait.
4. Passing the medical test to travel for working in Kuwait.
Where Article 1, Amiri Decree of the Foreign Entry to Kuwait Law state that:
Expatriates are prohibited from entering or departing Kuwait without a valid passport issued by the formal authority in his/ her country.
GCC nationals are exempted from this rule as they can use their national ID cards in lieu of a passport.
The Minister of Interior sets the related rules to determine this card by agreement with the countries mentioned above

For the study visa, in addition to the mentioned above conditions, you have to get the approval from any university or collage in Kuwait to study in it to get study visa.
