We would like to inform you that as long as your husband has traveled alone and you did not expel him and based on this he requested the divorce, his claim for divorce will be rejected if it relied on this reason, where you can provide a certificate of his movement that he traveled out of the country and he left you and you can apply for divorce for this reason with getting it and get your full dues.
