We would like to inform you that in order to register the baby born in the UAE, the marriage contract for the spouses shall be in the UAE, where all expatriates must ratify birth certificates in Arabic and English from the Ministry of Health (Baraha Hospital) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. You must provide the following documents: original parents' passports and residency visas with copies, a ratified marriage certificate, and a hospital departure statement. Therefore, the problem of the child must be solved in the UAE first, and get married then registering the child either in the UAE or the Philippines. The two can register the child in the Philippines as well.
