We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, Labor cases are exempt from fees, where Article 5 states:
Article (5):
Judicial fees in all stages of litigation and the implementation of actions brought by the workers or those entitled to them on the basis of the provisions of this law shall be exempted from the judicial fees.
The court may, in the case of not accept or reject the case, decide to charge all or some of its expenses to the complainant.

According to the labor law, and article (6) last paragraph, In all cases, no claim for any of the rights provided for in this Law shall be heard if brought to court after the lapse of one year from the date of accrual, nor shall any claim be admitted if the procedures stated in this Article are not complied with.
Article (7)
Any condition that contravenes the provisions of this law, even if it was previously in force, shall be null and void unless it is more beneficial to the worker.
Thus, the complaint or the lawsuit may not be legally effective after this time of the end of the work without submitting any complaint or labor case to the employer.
