We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwait Expat Residence Law, if you are an expat under article 20 for domestics and want to change the employer, then there are requirements to change the sponsor as below:
· The residency application form prepared for this purpose, signed by the former sponsor and the new sponsor with approval.
· Two personal photos with blue background measuring 4 × 6.
· Original passport of the sponsored person.
· Original civil ID of the sponsored (cancellation).
· Original civil ID of the new sponsor and a copy of it.
· Original civil ID of the sponsor and a copy.
· Health insurance certificate.
· Fees prescribed.
· Personal photo, be sure to paste the image with adhesive (glue).
You shall have worker with the sponsor for a period of not less than a year in addition to obtaining NOC from the sponsor.
As for the cost of transfer is almost from 80 to 100 KD.
