We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Residence Law to change the residence from article 20 to article 18, which is from Domestic Residence to work residence, unfortunately you can't transfer, but you can transfer to another employer from the same article 18, and below the requirements:
1. The residence application form signed by the previous sponsor for clearance and the consent of the new sponsor.
2. Two photos with blue background size 6 by 4
3. Original passport of the guaranteed or sponsored
4. The original civil card for the sponsored (for cancellation)
5. The original civil card of the new sponsor and its copy
6. The original civil card of the waived or previous sponsor and its copy
7. Medical insurance certificate
8. Required fees
9. The form of the personal photo, make sure to attach the photo
