How can I withdraw the case I file

We would like to inform you that if you reside in UAE and you filed a case online, then it can’t be cancelled online. However, if the hear session was determined, then the person who filed the case can apply to waive the case and he has to write a report the waive of the case then sign that report, these are the legal procedures to waive a case.
