We would like to inform you that if you worked more than 10 years in a company in Qatar and they did not pay salaries on time and you inquire about how to deal with such a situation, and in your opinion, filing a complaint against them at the Ministry of Labor is not helpful because some employees did so and the company ignored their wages.
According to the Labor Law, the company is legally obliged to pay salaries on time by holding the contract once a month.
The wages and other sums to which the worker is entitled shall be paid in the Qatari currency. The wages of the workers employed on an annual or monthly wages shall be paid at least once in every month. The wages of all other workers shall be paid once at least every two weeks.
If the employer delays in salary, there is no way other than filing a complaint to the labor office so that such things are not repeated and the company is obliged to pay the salary within the prescribed dates.
