We would like to inform you that you can sue those who falsely reported you taking into consideration to submit the documents that confirm your innocence of the charges that were attributed to you. The penalty for a false report is the libel penalty provided for in the article 275 as following:
Shall be sentenced to detention for a term not exceeding six months and/or to a fine not in excess of three thousands dirham, whoever reports to the judicial or administrative authorities incidents or risks that does not exist or a crime which he knows it was not perpetrated.
