New visitors or tourists with an international driver's license can drive in Qatar for up to six months.
And valid licenses that issued by the GCC countries which are in the possession of any foreign resident in one of the GCC countries and provided to the country for a visit or tourism, holders of these licenses may drive for a period not exceeding three months
Citizens of some foreign countries may transfer the driving licenses issued by their country to Qatari driving licenses without conducting the driving test. The GCC license may be replaced by Qatari driving licenses to the GCC citizens, with the following requirements:
The Gulf license shall be valid and the original license shall be withdrawn when replaced by a Qatari license
* (medical) report vision examination.
* Copy of the ID card.
* (3) color photos to the applicant.
As for GCC residents, the following requirements must be observed:
* book from the sponsor (or a book from the company).
* Copy of the sponsor's personal card. If the guarantee is personal (or a copy of the registration of the establishment is valid for employees of government agencies or semi-governmental institutions and companies).
*Residence or ID (passport photo)

* (3) color photos to the applicant.

We would like to inform you that You can request the issuance of an official birth certificate by visiting the Ministry of Public Health building and applying for a birth certificate extract with the following:
- Valid father and mother card and a copy thereof
- Your valid ID and a copy of it
- A copy of the death certificate of the father and mother if they die
- Paying a fee of about QR 20 for the extract

but as my information the charges is 60 QR and its take time 7 Days is that True
