We would like to inform you that In order to obtain a work permit in Turkey and also for residence purposes, he must obtain a prior contract of employment with a Turkish company or factory and then apply for a Turkish visa from the Turkish Embassy and It should be noted that if a job vacancy is obtained at a Turkish employer, it is the applicant who submits the required documents to the Ministry of Labor and not the foreign worker or employee.
The company wishing to employ a foreign worker shall apply to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to obtain a work permit for foreign workers according to the following conditions:
- The foreigner must have a valid passport.
- Two recent photographs of the foreign worker
- Contract of employment between the employee and the owner of the company
- Personal information about the applicant (family status, number of children, if any, phone number, address, e-mail address)
- The certificate is translated into Turkish and certified by the notary public.
