Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that the below is related with persons who were born in UK after the 1st January 1983:
The eligibility of a child to register as a British Citizen depends to a certain extent on the status of the parents' residence at the time of the birth of the child. Laws may vary according to the situation.
So we advise to review the guide notes issued by the official website of government services in Britain, which can be downloaded at the end of the page here.
· If a child is born in the United Kingdom on or after 1st January 1983 and one or both parents have acquired British citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Britain since the birth of the child, it may be possible to apply for registration as a British citizen, Under the age of eighteen at the time of submission.
· If a child is born in the United Kingdom on or after 1st January 1983 and no parent is a British citizen or has a permanent residence at that time, the child may be registered as a British citizen provided that he or she is 10 years old or older. Has lived in the UK until the age of 10 years or more. It is also generally required that he should not have spent more than 90 days outside the UK in each of the first ten years of his life, and if there are special reasons, he should explain it on the application form he applied.

Welcome again!
Obviously, the answer was not clear to you. Being a holder of the British citizenship, Yes children are granted citizenship but not automatically so you shall apply for citizenship for your children to be following the father's citizenship. If you are in the UAE you may review the British Embassy and apply for citizenship for children and you may know documents required for the purposes of obtaining passports for them.
Kind Regards,
