How can I apply for the Singapore work visa

We would like to inform you that as you are a resident in UAE and would like to obtain a work visa for Singapore, first, you need to have an employment contract and a vacancy according to your educational qualifications.
And here are the work visa requirements as follows:
1- A copy of the passport and the validity of not less than six months
2 - recent personal photos and specifications required by the embassy
3. A form of employment contract submitted by the employer in Singapore
4. Copies of your educational qualifications and to be duly authenticated by the issuing authorities
5 - Provide a certificate stating that there is no case law and that the criminal record is clean of any precedents
6 - A certificate showing the absence of diseases
7- All documents shall be translated into English
