We would like to inform you that according to the Residence Law and transfer the visa in Kuwait even you paid the transfer fees 300 KD, note that you can’t transfer unless after passing one year in serving the employer then get visa cancellation to be able to transfer and change the residence on another employer. If the sponsor accepts and what we mentioned above, then you don’t need to pay fees as you said, but you have to pay simple fees estimated by the Immigration and Residence Department.
If you resigned and the edit period for the residence is finished, then you have to leave the country to avoid any ban against you or deport you and prevent you from getting back to Kuwait.
We advise you before the transfer to look for work to avoid wasting time.
