We would like to inform you that the General Authority for Manpower issued a decision regarding the regulations of transferring labor registered with the owners of small and medium enterprises. The resolution included:
Article 1:
The worker registered with the owners of small and medium-sized enterprises that are submitted from abroad may be transferred, with the following conditions:
1- Three years from the date of issuing the work permit.
2- The transfer shall be to the owner of another small or medium project.
3. The assessment of the need for the new employer should allow the addition of new employment to his file.
