We would like to inform you that in case the lease expires, the lessee must return the property immediately to the landlord, and if the lessee did not do so, an eviction lawsuit can be filed, in which case, the landlord is entitled of the payment of the entire period.
The Executive Regulation of the Tenancy Law affirms that the lessee shall return the leased property upon the expiry of the lease and not renewing or terminating it. If the return procedures are not completed, the lessee shall fulfill all the obligations arising from the lease until the effective date of delivery to the landlord. If the landlord did not receive the leased property, the lessee's obligations shall cease.
