We would like to inform you that For the purpose of transfer, the following conditions must be available, and according to the Kuwaiti residency system, the sponsorship transfer application form prepared for this purpose, signed by the former sponsor of the waiver and the government authority approving the transfer.
-A letter from the government agency stating the required period.
-Two personal photos with blue background measuring 6x4.
-Approval of the previous sponsor's signature and a copy of it.
-Original passport.
-Cancellation and Transfer of Work Permit form issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor and Computer Security.
-Health insurance certificate.
-Fees prescribed.
-The image form, and make sure to paste the image with adhesive (glue).
-Original civil ID.
-The identity of the government agency representative issued by his employer and valid.
*** All that provide to work for the sponsor for a period of not less than a year in addition to get a NOC from the sponsor
