It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that for a Visa Application process, Applicants are advised to follow the steps mentioned below to submit a visa application

Step 1 Application form

Applicant can download the Visa Application Form or he/she has an option to Apply Online
In case the applicant has used the download facility, he will need to fill the required details before taking a print out of the form.
The downloaded application form will need to be signed by the applicant
Applying online is advised to save time during application submission

Step 2 Payment of Visa Fees

The visa fee has to be paid at the application center.

Step 3 Print the Application

Applicant will be required to print the duly filled in visa application form for downloaded application. In case of online submission of application, printed Appointment Letter will need to be carried to the application center

Step 4 Document Checklist

Applicant should ensure that he carries all the documents specified in the checklist when he visits the application center.
Checklist for each visa type is available in the Documents and Forms section of our the visa application website

Step 5 Appointment for Submission of Application

All applicants are advised to book an appointment before visiting the application center for application submission.
It will also include capturing of Biometrics of the applicant
Step 6 Visiting the Application Centre

Applicant will be directed to a counter where our submission officer will verify the presence and compliance of all of his/her required documentation. 
If the application is in order, submission officer will proceed to collect payment towards the applicable Service Charges and any other charges due towards value added services opted by the applicant.
The applicant can pay the service charges in cash or credit or debit card.

Step 7 Track your Application

The applicant can track the status of the application through the website

Step 8 Passport Return

Once the visa application has been processed by The Embassy an SMS and Email notification is sent, informing the applicant to visit the application center along with the Payment Receipt and collect his/her passport.
