I bought a mobile from online store called Emirati...
I bought a mobile from online store called Emirati Gadget , paid cash upon delivery today in the afternoon , as per the instructions I charged the battery for one hour but still the phone doesn't work , i contacted the vendor online and they said they can replace only a battery if required , but now I m trying to contact them online they do not response , how can I get my money back?

We would like to inform you that accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, if you buy through the Internet for the product and it is fake and you have the data of the entity that was purchased from it and it has a headquarters in the UAE can go to the consumer protection and submit the complaint but for the sake of clarity all the transactions that are done in this way and if the complaint was filed there is no guarantees as a purchase from a well-known store or reference in the state then a committee of consumer protection starts to review the place and investigate.
