We would like to inform you that if you got legal judgment from UAE and certified by assets, then you can implement it in Australia by applying petition in the First Instance Court to execute the judicial rule that issued from UAE, after getting a decision to execute the foreign judgment, then you can go to the Enforcement Department in Australia and execute the judgment against your husband.

Note that, there are agreements between UAE and Australia for the judicial cooperation.
