We would like to inform you that there is no specific time to end the residence procedures after the resignation. However, if you filed a complaint in the labor office then the employer shall attend on the determined time and submit the work contract to check the compliant.

That is not considered against the law,  if you resigned legally and the employer didn’t attend then the Ministry of Labor will impose fine against him and force him to pay your dues then the final exit from the country and end your visa.

In all cases you will get judgment to pay your rights and due as the resignation was legal.
