We would like to inform you that if the client violated the signed contract between you and him, then you have to send legal notice or warning to the client and ask to pay the due amount in a specific time, and warn him that he will not get the products till he pays the due amounts provided that keep these products in good condition to save it from any damage.

Note that there is no problem in seizing the products without legal notice, but to avoid the client from any legal way in the court you have to warn him.

 After the end of the warning, you have to file a case to ask for your financial rights as the client didn’t comply with the contract terms.

We would like to inform you that seizing the ID which is personal document and the worker shall keep it and provide it to the governmental during the application, and no one shall keep the ID or the passport unless there is legal judgment. According the law, it punishes foe seizing such documents with fine of 20.000 AED.

You can file a complaint against the employer in the labor office or in the police station.
