I joined this new company by name Knight Rider....
I joined this new company by name Knight Rider. They game me offer letter and asked me to bring visa cancellation paper to process new employment visa. I cancelled my visa from previous employer and provided new company all my documents. Now this employer is not giving me visa. I'm left with no visa and have limited days to arrange some new visa. I want to file case against company "knight rider". What will be the process.. ?
