only one thing I was sent the same items to house in India by Prime express cargo 17th of July in 30 days it should be delivered to my location 2 days before one box delivered 2nd box not yet. I am calling this office they reply is not satisfied. already 45 days finished.what i have to do.

We would like to inform you that if you have residence in UAE and you sent the luggage by shipping office and it wasn’t sent on the right time and they didn’t answer your calls, then you have to review the shipping office and inquire about the situation, and they will tell you what to do. So you have to know the delay reason as there could be strong reason for that delay.
