We would like to inform you that if you reside in Kuwait and you have loan from a bank there and you want to leave the country, you can travel if there is no case filed against you due to the loan and if there is no travel ban. If so, then you can travel to any country even Canada, as the point is you don’t have case in the country.
Note that if you stayed out the country for more than 6 months then the residence will be cancelled automatically.
