Article 142
Subject to the provisions of the preceding two articles, the judge shall not distinguish between the spouses unless the case has been proved.
So you can go to the court and set up a lawsuit against the husband and request a divorce from the husband and advise the use of a lawyer who takes the proceedings to establish the lawsuit for his knowledge of the legal procedures
