We would like to inform you that Poland does not have an immigration program for working. A contract of employment is required to get your work visa. You can get a tourist visa through the Embassy of Poland, and then you can search for work during your trip. The employer has to send the employment contract to your residence so that you take it to the Embassy of Poland in order to acquire work visa for yourself.
