We would like to inform you that if you intend the loss of the UAE identity, you must immediately report the loss by going to the nearest police station and get a copy of the loss report and then go to the authority and apply for a loss replacement with the following documents submitted.
The original valid residence attached on the passport
The original valid passport
The original ID wanted to be replaced in case of (damaged replacement) or (Replace because of a basic information change)
Fees
AED 150 upon submission of the application in the offices of the customers in case of availability of the card and the desire to change the personal data or personal image printed on it. The application fee is added (AED 70 if submitted by the printing offices or AED 40 if submitted through the online form on the TRA website).
AED 300 when the card is lost or damaged, plus the application fee (AED 70 if the application is submitted by the printing offices or AED 40 if the application is submitted through the online form on the TRA website).
AED 150 will be added if immediate service is requested from the major customer’s offices.
There is no charge if the customer receives an identity card with an error in the personal data that does not match the supporting documents.
