The applicant for marriage must provide the following documents at the jurisdiction department:
- Valid passport of the spouses
- Residence
- Medical certificate which proves that you are free of diseases and the suitability for marriage.
- NOC of the wife for marriage through the embassy of her country and apply there to issue the NOC.
- The wife’s certificate of social status which proves that she has never been married before or, widow, divorced or single.
With the verification of the main elements of marriage, the presence of the guardian or his representative in the event of his failure to attend and then bring two witnesses to the court before the court and complete the procedures of the marriage and the legalization of the marriage contract from the court and authorized by the court and approved by the Foreign Ministry of your countries.
As for the court, all of them, whether it can go to the Islamic court at the place of residence or place of residence for the spatial jurisdiction of the court
