Hello sir/madam, i was vacant my flat in last...
Hello sir/madam, i was vacant my flat in last month as my tenancy contract is finished in the month of July and same i informed them 10 days before, i called them on 31st July and he told me that come to office and discuss but when i go there he start threatening me that you have to inform us 2 months before how come to cancelled suddenly, there is one guy in his office i continuously calling him for 2 months and telling that i am searching for 2BHK if you have please advise but he said we have 2BHK but it's very costly then i told them it's not in my budget so I will go to others, now that owner called me today and saying that you leave flat without informing us and I am going to register case against you. I am worried now please i need your help. Waiting for your reply. Regards

We would like to inform you that according to the rent law in UAE and according to the emirate where you reside here and according to the law, although the answer is not in your favor, thus, the law specifies a period of time to notify the lessor of the unwillingness to renew, so that the lease does not apply to you and considers that it is again implicit. Therefore, the period specified and in accordance with the law two months to request non-renewal in the event of expiration of the contract.
Therefore the legal position of the owner is strong and he can appeal to the Municipal Court and file a case
