We would like to inform you that you can record a dislocation suit in the Family Counseling Section at a family court in the UAE where the parties are coordinating and setting a date for the parties to try to reform them and this decision is mandatory and if no amicable solution is reached, the judge will issue a decision to take off. This decision can be enforced before the Indian judiciary, where the UAE government has signed a judicial cooperation agreement with India.

Article 15:

1. Each Contracting Party shall be bound to enforce judgments rendered by the courts of the other Party in civil, commercial and personal status matters, including judgments issued by criminal courts in civil matters.

2. The term "judgment" in the use of this Convention means any decision rendered, under any form in a lawsuit, by a court of competent jurisdiction of either Contracting State.

3. The provisions of this Convention shall not apply to provisional provisional measures, except in respect of matters of taxation and financial allocations
