We would like to inform you that if you want to transfer your sponsorship on another sponsor, and the old sponsor refused to grant you the NOC with arbitrary, then you have to ask the Ministry of Labor to accept the sponsorship transfer without the approval from the previous sponsor and explain the details that prevent you from getting the NOC and attach the below:

1-      The new sponsor approval.

2-      Residence visa.

3-      Work offer.

4-      Valid passport.

Then you have to wait till the issue decision.
