You have previously indicated that the NOC is your right and that your employer has not given you this document You can apply for a separate urgent application to the Labor Office that differs from the complaint requesting a NOC The Labor Office will provide you with a copy after contacting your employer

As long as you need the NOC and the employer refuses to give it to you so this procedure must be done, As for the time taken to respond to the request, it is up to the labor inspector to determine the duration according to the situation of each person and We would like to point out that the labor inspector is not obliged to respond to your request.
