Greetings,I just want to complain the bus driver...
Greetings,I just want to complain the bus driver x-5.hes humiliates The passengers and he didn’t open the door. The reason why is, first issue he didn’t open coz I’m not in the front of the bus stop red color.but still he is in the red bus stop sign. Second thing, was one passenger asking if he gonna pass by alwhada mall what he said is no,given answer but he gonna pass by at main bus station Abu Dhabi which the mall was backside.( he can explain if he wants). In the third time, he didn’t open me,while I press the button. I assume it that maybe he would stop in front of it but no, he go and leave me,that something nothing gonna happen. I’m not usually complaining for bus driver coz I understand them.but the problem this driver wasn’t know the human being. And he is different to the other drivers. Hope this complain was taking action. I have the photo of the driver for Incase any chances to Sold it. Thank you & have blessed.

We would like to inform you that if you want to file a complaint against the driver who humiliates the passengers and didn’t open the door, note that this is criminal and the law punishes for that. According to the UAE Penal Code if you filed a complaint and file a case in the prosecution as below articles state:
Article (7)
The Public Prosecution is the only competent to bring the criminal case forward and to proceed with it, and not to file from others except in the cases specified in the law
Article (10)
1-the theft, fraud, dishonesty and concealment things if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his relatives and these things were not legally, administratively or as a burdensome to another person.
2. Not to give the minor to a person who has the right to request and to dispose of the authority of his or her guardian.
3 - Refrain from the performance of lawful expense, foster care or the sentenced nursing housing.
4 –Swearing on people.
5 - Other crimes provided in by the law.
The complaint shall not be accepted after three months from the day of the victim's knowledge of the crime and its perpetrator unless the law otherwise provides
Article 11
The case shall be filed at the genera persecution in one of the juridical officers. In case of proving the crime and the claim is submitted in the presence of the general authority staff
