Hello Doctor,
I am a person who smokes around 5 to 10 cigarettes a day and i have been doing this for last 6 to 7 years at least. I feel my lungs are heavy and got problems with mucus all over my lungs. I feel little difficult to breathe. What medical action would you suggest me do? I know I should quit smoking and I am ready to do it too.
