We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Law, turning left while signal for only straight traffic was on, and that caused an accident and right side of the car is badly damaged, and the car is from rent and fully insured, then you have to notify the insurance company and the rent office for that. If they refuse to repair on the insurance cost is illegal.
Therefore, you can send legal warning to the rent office and they will notify the insurance company to repair the damages. If they refuse then wait to file a case or complaint by the office against the insurance company and get the compensation from the insurance amount.
