Good morning sir/madam am called Henry kayondo a Ugandan and I want to place a court case against my employer (Emirates park zoo) I wrote a notice 8th/July/2019 and whenever I go to them for my cancellation they don't tell me anything.Now am not working yet the Dubai municipality gave me a new offer to work in Dubai safari zoo.

Am located in Abudhabi and have a free zone visa I finished first contract and renewed now ten months worked.

nothing has been reported and filed before but my deadline for the new offer is 23rd August 2019

I want to know why they allowed this organisation to take our passport now after clearance they got all my documents like Emirates ID so now I can't move without papers....what can I do?
