We would like to inform you that It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you with the following:
Yes, the law is considered to be fraudulent, and the legal adjustment of this crime is the responsibility of the Public Prosecution. It is the responsibility of the prosecution, according to the findings of the investigation, and therefore we recommend that you approach the Public Prosecution and file a criminal complaint for the possibility of summoning, investigating, convicting and referring to the court, In the sense and for the purposes of clarification in case of proven conviction, the referral to the court through the prosecution of criminal by it, especially that with reference to the UAE Law of Criminal Procedure and the text of Article (10):
The criminal cases shall not be filed unless there is a written or oral complaint about one of the below crimes:
1-The theft, fraud, dishonesty and concealment things if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his relatives and these things were not legally, administratively or as a burdensome to another person.
2. Not to give the minor to a person who has the right to request and to dispose of the authority of his or her guardian.
3 - Refrain from the performance of lawful expense, foster care or the sentenced nursing housing.
4 –Swearing on people.
5 - Other crimes provided in by the law.
The complaint shall not be accepted after three months from the date of the victim's knowledge of the crime and its perpetrator, unless the law otherwise provides for this by the criminal offense
*** Therefore, it is possible to file a criminal complaint against this person for possible traceability and arrest by the charge against him
