Can i enter qatar with gcc banned by ksa sponsor

We would like to inform you that according to the rules and regulations in the GCC countries which signed to the judicial cooperation agreement in Riyadh, if the sponsor ban you in the GCC through the assessment of the report, unfortunately you can not enter any country of the GCC because of the existence of the circular\publication in the ports.
However, such publication takes time for other countries, in other words, if the ban is stated in Saudi then you can travel to any Gulf country after the ban in Saudi and before the publication against you.
