We would like to inform you that to apply for family visit visas for residents electronically through the Ministry of Interior website and Matrash service. The website of the Ministry of Interior is to be contacted via the following link:

if the visa was a family visit, the visitor is granted a month. If the duration of the visit exceeds that period, the visitor have to perform the medical examination before the end of one month from entering the country if he wishes to stay longer than one month in the country. After that, the visit will be extended according to the desire of the applicant and according to the approval given to him, taking into consideration that in case the visit is not extended upon its expiry, the applicant shall be given a fine of QAR 200 for every day of delay and a maximum of QAR 12,000.
