We would like to inform you that according to your inquiry regarding how long the court will take on your case because you have been suffering for 5 months and your employer is still manipulating you since 5 months by saying I will give you the money in the next two weeks and therefore please note that the duration of each case differs from one to another according to the circumstances of the case and the trial. In the event that the case is referred to the court, you may request to be compensated by the Company in addition to the end-of-service indemnity for not giving you the indemnity throughout that period.
