We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Residence Law, if a work visa was issued before for your husband and it is expired and he can’t travel to Kuwait, then he has to apply for new visa as the expired visa can’t be renewed or extended. You have to follow the procedures of applying for work visa as you did before.
