Regarding your question
treatment of corneal dystrophy:

• it depends on the severity of the disease
• but there is no cure for the disease as it is genetic 
• in severe cases, keratoplasty or cornea transplanation is advised, but there is small risk of recurrence in the transplanted cornea
• in minor cases, ointment eye drop ans laser can be effective and reduce  symptoms

diagnosis of corneal dystrophy:

• it is mainly clinical diagnous 
• thorough history is reqiured with medical examination 
• slit lamp and microslit lamp 
• genetic study if there is unknown family history 

symptoms:

• loss of vision or blurred vision
•  recurrent corneal erosion
• discomfort or severe pain,
• an abnormal sensitivity to light 
• the sensation of a foreign body
