• Cataflam 50 mg twice daily
• Muscle relaxan as sanaflex twice daily
• Diclofene gel twice daily

Causes of neck pain:

• Muscle spasm in which pain increase with movement
• Cervical disc which associated with neck pain that radiates to hand
• Cervical osteoarthritis...etc

Diagnosis of the cause of neck pain:

• Cervical X-ray
• Cervical CT or MRI
